    Then why Psychiatrist prescribe only Antidepressants and not Vitamins and Supplements???
    I think they are not Sincere with Patients

    I ve been having anxiety disorder for couple of months already and it’s seriously interrupting my daily life. It also raises my blood pressure significantly. I dont want to be taking medications, so Im wondering if Iam deficient in some of these vitamins so I could replenish and get my life back in normal. Will definitely do a blood test for this cuz it’s unbearable

    As a person who follows a Vegan lifestyle, I can never get enough B12. Interestingly enough I have had major depressive disorder for yrs. Years ago I remember going to tanning beds and I felt like if I missed a day I’d get depressed. Like I was addicted to it.

    in USA and Canada they use antidepressants for everyone.Doctors never ever mention vitamins or minerals and they do not believe natural approach to your health.

    I recently did a silly water fast for 9 days and depleted my body of everything, ended up in hospital on IV to get vitamins and electrolytes put back.

    Since then I’ve had mild anxiety at times, I’m actually glad it’s anxiety because I thought my heart was messed up or something as I don’t normally have anxiety.

    Even the doc said it’s anxiety but I was adamant they were wrong as I don’t get anxiety unless I’m presenting in front of lots of people, otherwise I don’t experience it. I finally realised it was anxiety a week ago and now I can stop thinking I’m constantly relapsing physically.

    This makes perfect sense, I KNOW that deficiency in vitamins etc are the cause of this.

    Just wonderful, I’ve been looking for "how to beat depression" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across -Planet Ayurveda (do a search on google ) ? I have heard some decent things about it and my brother in law got cool results with it. Try their depression care pack.

    I did my DNA. I have a mutation in my genes, MTHFR. I was low in B12 and folate. It showed other deficiencies. I used Vitagene.com
    70% of Italians and 30% of Europeans have this mutation. It also gives you raw data to use apps or websites.

    Vitamin b complex seams to make my anxiety worse. Magnesium really helps. And now i am about too start vitamin d at 1500 IU a day and see what happens ?

    Dr they just did a test and I am over the limit on vit 12 and magnesium also. Right now I still takin Complex B that include folate I an taking separated vit D and a supplement for the adrenals and with all that my anxiety has reduced a little but no all the way. I also change my diet and I am seeing and acupuncturist who has give me Chinese medicine that it’s seems working but I still have the problem with insomnia and stomach so even if I looked for help for me is taking longer than I thought. What else can you recommend for me to do and thank you for the information

    I recently added 10,000 mg a day of vitamin C because my depression has not been stabilized. I have been taking it all at once. Is it better to divide it?
