Dairy gave me sore throat, ear infections and eventually chronic sinus and upset digestion. I quit dairy and very few infections ever any more. I do eat a piece of nice cheese once in a while though. 😁

He did his first marathon and was within 14 minutes of qualifying for Boston. Then he says he had never run before. But he just talked about running half marathons before.
    Running half marathons is running.
Now I can’t believe anything he says because his thinking is so sloppy.
    Sorry boys.

Humans are not herbivores, many people eat far too much food they shouldn’t in extreme and they go on a diet , so long as it’s healthy it dosnt matter what diet, your food becomes clean and you start doing other things that change things like running a marathon. Humans are omnivores we are ment to eat both meat and plant foods. I’m so tired of these vegan Nazis trying to stop us eating meat. People who are not extreme in nature usually do excellent on a clean, un processed, grass fed, organics. Americans are comming out of an era of very bad eating habits. We need some good fats to stop us getting Alzheimer and other issues from not having enough good fats. Watch this guys skin go really dry and age quicker, he might be skinny without too much exercise but it’s not as healthy as he makes it seem.

14:02 – FAT is what satiates more than anything – long lasting, slow burning, high calorie FAT…
Fiber and water makes you feel FULL – but that will go away as it is absorbed with no calories being taken in!

  16. Bryan Ponce on April 21, 2021 at 5:16 pm

When considering eating healthy, you have to never fall victim to modern fad diets. Extreme diets undoubtedly are a risk for your health, especially ones that seriously limit your daily nutritional intake. While they might generate quick weight loss, these diets are never a long-term answer for your waistline. It is best to search Custokebon Secrets on google as it isn’t just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

  17. Chillie Ellis on April 21, 2021 at 5:16 pm

Wow! Thank you for sharing. I noticed I was gaining weight. I was looking at what was different in my diet and I was eating more cheese. I had arguments with multiple people about it. They said that it was impossible for cheese to cause me to gain weight. When I took cheese out of my diet the weight gain stopped. And this video supports my theory.
I also am so grateful that he had a visual to show us. He explained calories in such a way that it makes it easier to understand. Doctors say you have to eat better, or change your diet but they don’t explain what to change or what’s better.

I’ve been vegan for 4 years now, and objectively, I dropped from 88kg to 60kg in the first year (Inseam dropped from 38" to 31"), felt way lighter on my joints, more energetic, needed less sleep. I feel great. Just some considerations: Be sure you’re getting B12 (in most fortified food / plant based milk, or supplement), DHA / EPA (Omega-3), Iron (if needed, always take with vitamin C that increases absorption two fold), do your blood work couple times a year, and you’re set. And I’d be missing something if I didn’t say that eating a meal where animals didn’t pay a price, just adds to the flavor of the food.

I love Bob & Brad, so humble 💜

If you need oils you can eat fatfree stuff all day, and you don’t gey what you need. The tho6ng on the end – You never say what it is and we can’t see it. It could be the nuts or you could be. This is the worst show I’ve ever seen from you. Actually so was the last two I saw. I think I’ve stopped my interest. The trigger points show had no focus.

  39. Brenda Nichols on April 21, 2021 at 5:45 pm

The sugar is the danger, not the fat.

  40. Sandra Gonzalez on April 21, 2021 at 5:45 pm

Vegetarians don’t get fat because they don’t combine animal protein with their food! Clean Keto diet also help you loose weight and reverse many illnesses suoer fast reverse because we don’t eat as much carbohydrates (25 grams a day to top 50 grams) and almost no sugars and cero dairy. The big issue with society is that majority of people combine in the same plate carbohydrates, animal protein, sugar or starchy food ( corn, peas, etc) and probably a sugary tea or soda creating a tremendous inflammation in their body and multiple health issues.

  41. Theresa Bennett on April 21, 2021 at 5:46 pm

Just cut the carbs. I eat a lot of veggies too but stay away from sugar, flour and vegetable oils. Just cut the carbs and you will lose weight.I’ve lost 37 lbs effortlessly in seven months but I do miss bread. My bp is normal now too. I’m on zero meds and over 65 yrs.old. Cut the carbs, that’s the secret.

You guys are the best! What a great video! Especially right now when I really need to make some changes to lower my weight and also hopefully improve my bad cholesterol numbers. This video was easy to understand and very helpful. Well done. I am curious about what that last bowl of stuff is on the right side, I don’t think he said what it is? Maybe pretzels? Anyway, awesome and helpful. Amazing to see the difference in 500 calories with the different bowls. I am going to buy lettuce tomorrow!! Thanks again.
