    Is it just me that got annoyed when he kept talking about his supplements and how he can create a program that can maximise your anti ageing? To me it just looked like he was just trying to sell his products and when Tom was asking him some questions he wasn’t even answering it properly.The main takeaway I get from this is just generally be healthy, include movement in your daily routine, don’t be too stressed and surround yourself with your loved ones. A plant based diet is obviously very good for you but I don’t believe that it is the end all be all for health tbh, just eat a clean and unprocessed diet most of the time, I wouldn’t stress too much over a few unhealthy things here and there since at the end of the day you want to enjoy your life.

    10 years of being vegan not junky vegan but plant based home cooked meals. I noticed many wrong things happening, loss of hair, skin tone was not healthy pale and dry lack of energy just not feeling healthy, I listened to my body, after so many years of plant based I decided to eat meat, it was a hard decision but my health was declining. Now I have a balance lifestyle, grass fed meat, lots of veggies and healthy fats and carbs. My hair is full, my skin tone is back to the warm tone and energy levels are up.
    My experience, veganism is not for everyone ultimately listen to your body.

    So many of your videos discuss getting tests and panels done to understand your baseline. While I’d love to dive down into all of the processes my body is going through- obviously health care is not exactly affordable. If you were to suggest a couple main labs to purchase, what would they be and what would they test? Or do you know of any good resources I could check out for this question?

    A Lady I know from northern Italy, she was a farmer (Grapes for wine, Cows for cheese, etc) she lived until 97 and she worked and picked up potatoes almost until she died. So it seems that movement is the clue and a moderate diet. She never was overweight and only Sundays she did eat some Pandedone an Italian low sugar cake.

    Look at the most recent doctors that are carnivore. They are doing amazing and their inflammation is actually lower. My inflammation was absolutely horrid when I was vegan, flexitatian then just high veg paleo. I cut the majority out and now my inflammation is drastically lower.

    The way I see the issue of today’s medicine is lack of integration. We need integrative approach even in unconventional methods for sustaining longevity and quality of life. What I find is today we have highly specialized “research” pushing in only one area that they have also simultaneously patented products or marketed branded services. So then, we go from interview to interview of Tom’s, and pick up a variety of methods whilst paying for a single approach that may not work individually vs a more broad spectrum approach that may give us a better chance. Why not get all of these MDs and researchers and innovators together for a more integrated view of how we could live longer and better?!

    We have the answers right now. Eat a plant-based diet. Eat lots of cruciferous vegetables and turmeric. Colorful vegetables. Eat greens beans onions berries nuts and seeds. Eat some flaxseed every day. Exercise and drink some water. Try to laugh and be happy. We have been told for decades that scientists are going to be able to stop in reverse aging. I am a bit skeptical.
