According to me there is no need to look like him 365 days a year for a normal guy he is saying you can come on magazine’s covers and all but it’s not applicable for all, if you have body like him but ugly face you won’t get on the covers, so please keep a balanced diet do a strict diet for max 6 months get in proper shape, click few pics to impress girls around you and your relatives, than take a regular diet for next 6 months but not unlimited oily and fried food, avoid them as much as you can like once in 2 weeks won’t harm you, keep eating more vegetables fruits and protein food, your muscle memory will keep you looking in shape most of the time. Keep doing this as long as you can so you will enjoy both a good body as well as your favourite food items.
Then what is the replacement for the rice?

I am eating brown rice since 6 yrs, white rice rarely when i have no choice, so its like 5 or 6 times a year max, aerated drinks may be once a year or so since since 7 or 8 yrs and the last year i had lot of aerated was back in 2011 i think

but biggest problem is maintaining sleep timings and proper exercise(only some stretching through out the day at regular intervals but not sufficient at all, i am 34 and lean)
(Although i dont smoke, drink alcohol, drugs etc and no non veg too except for egg like 5 or 6 times an year, there is a lot of room to improve. Just felt like saying, nothing bragging sort of, felt like saying when john said all that stuff)
Saw 4 or 5 videos of u john about fitness and diet and it is very inspiring, just i could quickly point out the mistakes i am doing like not being ruthless with diet,exercise etc, like i mentioned a few above.
And the stuff he said about yoga asanas incorporating the way it suits him, we all should have our own style of routine that suits our body the best and it may vary from time to time(instead of a flat belief system like, "yoga is the best, gym is not good as when ur old, it will cause problems, etc etc).
Like the GREAT Bruce Lee said, "You should not stick to a certain style, just absorb what is useful and reject that is useless and add ur own thing to it and it is a continuous process"

I quite rice sugar bad oil fried stuff caffeine , soda cola, every stuff which is bad for health a year ago. I’m nineteen now. John is my favourite personality ๐ lovely.
Consumption of rice in moderation is okay. Since rice spikes insulin level much faster than roti and is digested fast , people may have hunger pangs frequently. It is advisable to consume roti for those who want to loose weight.
