    lol I used to do abs like the first in the video, but with a table up my shoes to stuck them and help me raise mu upper body and embrace my knees atop, I did this instinctively reaching the maturity age around 20, don’t ask me but this will be the disturbing part, I did it fast and continued for an hour a day (not everyday though), those were the days I formed monster abs, the highlight of my body, and still 10 years later but never mind going to an hour nowadays, tried today and did 30 minutes, i’ll try to reach my young golden years with time now, I had a very long breach of leaving abs training and will try to recover terrain, thinking of it I’m amazed of our bodies, especially when young and willing
