    1. Organization ( time blocking)
    2. Excercise
    Targeted Strategies:
    1. Deep breathing
    2. Mindful observation of bodily responses (when overwhelmed by emotions)(curiosity)
    3. Confident self talk
    4. Taking it as a challenge or one on one fight with task.
    5. Breaking down into simple smaller steps (one step I can take today to come close to goal)👍

    nowadays i feel like i cant even relax or have fun without suddenly feeling so guilty. long school hours, millions of assignments and so on.
    i feel really pressured and feel as if my whole life just depends on school and im not allowed to relax, not to forget how the teacher humiliates and embarrasses me it gives me so much anxiety thats why sometimes i’ll drop out on classes. my grades have been going downhill and it doesnt even feel like school is for learning??? when even was it?
    in short i feel miserable and overwhelmed.

    My school had a full portion revision exam for a week ,then they kept practical’s and now they want to keep second full portion exam when all other schools in my state have holidays due to lockdown

    I have lots of stress it’s been hard to express it I have been missing a bunch of my work for school and I can’t fall asleep. I hope this video helps because I have not been able to live life the way I used to 😭😭😭😢😢😢🥺🥺🥺

    Edit: the night I was writing this I was crying for 2 hours scared of the point of death. People in my family have been dying so it really got to me. I hope this will help with my school a bit because I am very stressed about it :c.

    I have to do so many things and I have to study too I’m 12 and the most of the year I had online lessons so that doesn’t help.

    I am going to share something that worked for me,Everytime I révise or prépare myself for a test or something,I always see it as if it is a story,and What I mean is that I Think to myself that I need to train to prépare for the battle ahead,I know it sounds stupide but when I was using it nothing else worked,using this technique helped me make the situation Fun and so removed a lot of the stress,I also was trying that mindful approche and it has worked when I had just taken a surgery,Hope this helps

    my school starts at 730am and ends at 430pm and i have extra classes from 8-10pm.. im so tired and i cant seem to force myself to do work right after school and take a nap from 5-6pm, have dinner, and start extra classes, after extra classes are over i do my homework till 12am and im getting really tired.. i need some help with ways to manage my time

    Dude, I have tests at least three days of EVERY. SINGLE. WEEK. the *whole* year, why wouldn’t I be stressed?

    There’s so much things my school “Needs” me to do, Is everything that I learn really necessary in the future? Like to much stress is entering me, Especially for my parents forcing me to do it. Do everything I learn in school really necessary? By dividing decimals or how to make a circuit? There’s to much things in my situation. I hope God helps me sleep tonight.

    I’m in middle school and it’s already hard. I have moved to a new school, I’ve been there for about 7 months and I already want to give up (it got to the point where I dont want to live anymore), it’s not that its hard, it’s just too much work, teachers expect too much from us. WE ARE KIDS.

    U know…it’s unfair for us students that those teachers thought online classes are easier since we have open book test so they added 2 times more difficulty level in exams and double or even tripled the workload in assignments. Dude….online classes are even worse, more stressful while we are combatting coronavirus.

    I always tried but still results came 0 , finally I decided that stress will never ever gone in my mind nd committed suicide also even five times but every time I saved why I don’t know, I can’t live with stress. Live with stress it’means I die every day.
