    I follow more along the lines of Mantak Chia’s philosophy in Taoist Secrets of Love Cultivating Male Sexual Energy; with that said, Practice of Brahmancharya is another Bible of mine. So excited to find this. I am reading the text for a second time and will definitely listen to the audio version because Sivananda is a very wise Yogi.
