So my doctor diagnosed me with something called adjustment syndrome. Which took me here…. It’s disappointing that my system works in a manner which is not normal. It doesn’t work like other people do.
I mostly procrastinate things all the time, always used to be late at school, college and then work. Sometimes I used to get insomnic but then when I grew up and my mother was really tired of my insignificance, she used to scold and show reaction who h lead me to be sad all the time, then faced a trauma due to some personal reasons. It’s now years that have passed. It’s the same me, three kids, an unsatisfying marriage ( another long story). N nobody’s really happy. Worst of all I have tried therapy for as long as three years. My significant half doesn’t care about what I am going through.he says it’s all nonsense and you have to show your will power…. But after being a very persistent useless person I am also getting tired… I’ve tried hard against myself. Can’t concentrate on work. I feel fatigued, my sleep pattern is always disturbed. Always asking myself whatever all this fuss is real? And if it is then will I ever be able to get out of it and lead a normal productive life….?
