Diet and brain health: You are what you eat?
Thanks for visiting! My name is Samantha and I’m a Health and Wellness Coach, Therapist, Educator and Chef. I’ve been supporting people in living happier and healthier lives for the past 15 years, however it became my true passion after I got sick in 2008. I was eating a very healthy diet and was physically active, but I just couldn’t get better. Through the help of a naturopath, I changed everything in my life and healed myself. After that experience, I studied to become a health coach and left my full-time job as a Social Worker to help other people in similar situations.
