ONE HEALING POINT YOU MUST TRY | ACUPRESSURE | TCM | ZU SAN LI | ST-36

Inner Wrist Point (Pericardium 6 or P6): This point is located on the inner forearm, three finger-widths down from your wrist crease, between the two tendons. It’s known to help with nausea, anxiety, and even hiccups.
How to use P6:
Use your thumb or index finger of the opposite hand to apply firm pressure to the P6 point.
Gently massage the point in a circular motion for about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
You can repeat this on the other wrist or alternate wrists for several minutes.
Important Note:
While acupressure is generally safe, it’s always best to consult a healthcare professional before trying it, especially if you have any underlying health conditions or are pregnant.
