Perfect Morning Yoga In Bed

Morning yoga in bed is a relaxing and accessible way to begin your day. It doesn’t require any special equipment or a lot of space, and it can help you feel more grounded, energized, and centered.
Here are a few simple poses you can do in bed:
Gentle Stretches
Child’s pose: Kneel on the floor, sitting back on your heels. Bring your torso forward, resting your forehead on the floor. Extend your arms out in front of you or by your sides.
Supine twist: Lie on your back and bring your knees into your chest. Gently lower your knees to one side, allowing your shoulders to rotate in the opposite direction. Hold for a few breaths, then repeat on the other side.
Cat-cow pose: Get on your hands and knees. Round your back like a cat, then arch your back like a cow. Repeat a few times.
Mindful Movements
Deep breathing: Lie on your back and place one hand on your chest and the other on your belly. Take deep breaths, feeling your belly rise and fall.
Body scan: Lie on your back and bring your attention to each part of your body, starting from your toes and working your way up. Notice any sensations or tension, and release it.
Remember to listen to your body and avoid any movements that cause pain. Start with a few poses and gradually increase the duration as you become more comfortable.
