Despite being a part of everyday life, stress is this generation’s primary antagonist. Stress gets too overwhelming at times that people have a hard time coping with it. While enough pressure could be necessary to bring out the best in us, having too much of it is not good.
In fact, excessive stress is often attributed to migraines, diarrhea, constipation, insomnia, frequent infections, and loss of sexual drive.
Extreme cases could even result to depression, other mental problems, skin problems, and even cardiovascular diseases.
