- Mountain climbers: Get into a plank position and alternate bringing your knees up to your chest as if you are climbing a mountain. Do this for 30 seconds, followed by a 15-second rest. Repeat this cycle 5 times.
- Jump rope: Grab a jump rope and jump for 1 minute, followed by a 30-second rest. Repeat this cycle 5 times.
- Burpees: Start by doing a burpee (squat down, kick your feet back into a plank position, do a push-up, jump your feet back in, and jump up). Do this for 30 seconds, followed by a 15-second rest. Repeat this cycle 5 times.
