5 Min Abs Workout ( How To Get Abs )
Exercise 1: Leg Drops
- Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor.
- Slowly lower your legs to the sides, keeping your lower back pressed into the floor.
- Pause for a moment, then bring your legs back up to the starting position.
Exercise 2: Bicycle Crunches
- Lie on your back with your hands behind your head and your knees bent.
- Bring your right elbow towards your left knee, while simultaneously bringing your left knee towards your right elbow.
- Pause for a moment, then return to the starting position.
- Repeat on the other side.
Exercise 3: Russian Twists
- Sit on the floor with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor.
- Hold a weight in each hand, with your arms extended in front of you.
- Twist your torso from side to side, bringing the weights up towards your chest.
Exercise 4: Plank
- Get into a plank position, with your forearms on the floor and your body in a straight line from your head to your heels.
- Hold for as long as you can.
Exercise 5: Reverse Crunches
- Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor.
- Place your hands behind your head and curl your upper body up off the floor, bringing your knees towards your chest.
- Pause for a moment, then return to the starting position.
Do each exercise for 50 seconds, with a 10-second rest in between each exercise. Repeat the entire circuit 2-3 times.
This is just a basic 5-minute abs workout. You can add more exercises or increase the intensity of the exercises to make it more challenging.
It is important to note that you cannot spot reduce fat. In order to see definition in your abs, you need to have a low body fat percentage overall. So, in addition to doing ab exercises, you also need to eat a healthy diet and be consistent with your workouts.
