DO THESE 5 Stretching Exercises and This Will Happen To Your Body
- Neck Stretch: Gently tilt your head to one side, bringing your ear towards your shoulder. Hold for 30 seconds, then repeat on the other side.
- Quad Stretch: Stand on one leg, gently pulling your other foot up behind you and grasping your toes or ankle. Hold for 30 seconds, then switch legs.
- Hamstring Stretch: Sit on the floor with both legs extended straight. Lean forward from your hips, reaching for your toes and keeping your back straight. Hold for 30 seconds. If you can’t reach your toes, use a towel or strap to assist.
- Chest Stretch: Stand in a doorway with your forearms on either side of the frame. Gently lean forward until you feel a stretch in your chest. Hold for 30 seconds.
- Tricep Stretch: Stand with one arm overhead, reaching your hand towards your back. Use your other hand to gently pull your elbow down towards your head. Hold for 30 seconds, then switch sides.
Remember to breathe deeply and slowly throughout each stretch. Don’t bounce and stop if you feel any pain.
