To do this exercise, stand with your feet hip-width apart and hold a dumbbell in each hand, with your arms extended at your sides. Raise your arms up and out to the sides, forming a “T” shape with your body. Lower your arms back to the starting position.
  • Plank with lateral arm raise: The plank with lateral arm raise is a great way to strengthen your core and back muscles. To do this exercise, start in a plank position with your forearms on the ground and your body in a straight line from your head to your heels. Hold a dumbbell in each hand and extend your arms out to the sides, keeping your elbows close to your body. Raise one arm up and out to the side, then lower it back to the starting position. Repeat with the other arm.

It is important to note that you cannot spot reduce fat. This means that you cannot do exercises to specifically target fat in one area of your body. However, you can build muscle in that area, which can help to improve your overall appearance. By combining a healthy diet with regular exercise, you can reduce overall body fat and improve the appearance of your bra bulge.
