How I lost over 70lbs Pounds in 4 months | My weight loss journey
- Set realistic goals. I knew that I wanted to lose a lot of weight, but I didn’t want to set myself up for failure by trying to lose too much too quickly. I decided to aim for losing 2 pounds per week, which is a safe and sustainable rate of weight loss.
- Make changes to my diet. I started by cutting out all processed foods, sugary drinks, and unhealthy snacks. I also started eating more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. I made sure to eat regular meals and snacks throughout the day to avoid getting too hungry.
- Start exercising regularly. I started by exercising for 30 minutes 5 days a week. I did a mix of cardio and strength training exercises. I gradually increased the intensity and duration of my workouts as I got stronger.
- Be patient and consistent. I knew that it would take time and effort to lose weight, so I was patient and consistent with my diet and exercise routine. I didn’t give up when I didn’t see results immediately.
I am so glad that I decided to make a change and lose weight. I feel so much better physically and mentally. I have more energy, I sleep better, and I have more confidence. I am so proud of myself for sticking to my goals and achieving my weight loss goal.
Here are some additional tips for losing weight safely and effectively:
- Find a support system. Having people to support you on your weight loss journey can make a big difference. This could be friends, family, a weight loss group, or a personal trainer.
- Make gradual changes. Don’t try to change everything about your diet and exercise routine all at once. This is more likely to lead to failure. Instead, make small changes that you can stick with over time.
- Be patient. It takes time to lose weight and keep it off. Don’t get discouraged if you don’t see results immediately. Just keep at it and you will eventually reach your goals.
