Raw Vegan Zucchini Pasta with Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto
Ingredients:
2 large zucchini
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (packed in olive oil)
1/4 cup raw pine nuts
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
