Push up to a standing position.
If you have difficulty getting to your knees:
Sit on the floor with your legs extended in front of you.
Bend your waist and reach your hands towards your toes.
Walk your hands forward until you are in a hands-and-knees position.
Follow the steps above to get to a standing position.
