How to use a walker with a seat (Rollator)… the RIGHT way

Adjust the height of the walker. The handles should be level with your wrists when you stand up straight with your shoulders relaxed. To adjust the height, press the release buttons on the sides of the handles and pull them up or down to the desired level.windowwww.wendyswalkers.com

Position the walker in front of you. Stand facing the walker with your feet shoulder-width apart.
Place your hands on the handgrips. Make sure your grip is firm and secure.
Step forward with one leg. Keep your other foot flat on the ground for balance.
Move the walker forward. As you step forward with your other leg, push the walker forward until it is directly in front of you.
Repeat steps 5 and 6. Continue walking in this manner, taking small steps and pushing the walker forward with each step.
To sit down, unlock the brakes. Find the seat located between the back wheels. Slowly lower yourself onto the seat, making sure your feet are flat on the ground. windowstander.com
